Booking Terms

About this service

Clinilo provides the online booking technology on this page on behalf of the clinic. Your appointment — and any payment for it — is an agreement between you and the clinic, not with Clinilo. The clinic is responsible for the treatments it offers, its prices and its policies.

Bookings and confirmations

When you complete a booking you receive a confirmation email with a personal link to view, reschedule or cancel the appointment. Keep that link private — anyone with it can manage your booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Each clinic sets its own cancellation notice period; it is shown while you book and in your confirmation. Up until that deadline you can cancel or reschedule online using the link in your confirmation email. After the deadline, contact the clinic directly — late cancellations and no-shows are handled under the clinic's own policy.

Deposits and payments

Some treatments require a deposit or full payment when booking, processed securely by Stripe. Anything you pay online counts toward the price of your treatment and is paid to the clinic. Refunds for cancelled appointments follow the clinic's policy.
